Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Greenbelt is a solid go-to for a chill coffee break in the middle of Makati. I ordered a Spanish latte and spinach and cream quiche, and it was spot-on — smooth, well-balanced, and served just right. The ambiance here is relaxed, with indoor and outdoor seating, making it a nice spot to unwind or get a little work done.

Service was friendly and efficient, even during a busy afternoon. The location is convenient and offers a calm escape from the bustle of the mall. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get crowded and a bit noisy during peak hours, but that’s to be expected in such a popular spot.

Long queueing time even though there were only two people ahead of me when I arrived (including the one already ordering).

Asked for a cappuccino and tea; I was informed nothing from the tea menu was available. Disappointing.

Got my coffee, felt like it was too hot. I waited 15 minutes for it to cool down enough to drink and by that point the foamed milk had collapsed. Coffee itself was pleasant enough, aside from the foam issue.

Wasn't offered the choice of a mug / cup for drinking in, so also wasteful. No sign on the packaging that they use biodegradable materials. Overall not a fan of...

This is a nice big and spacious branch located in Greenbelt 5. Never too busy. There is a lot of seating inside and outside. Clean. They have WIFI that actually works! Staff were friendly and pleasant. I went for a light breakfast one morning. I had a small black americano and the banana chocolate muffin. Both were good. I could not fault them. The muffin was small and a perfect size for one with a really good banana flavour. It was lightly heated and the chocolate melted in my mouth. Perfect with a black americano.
