The food is good, but the service is extremely poor. I have been to your restaurant 3 years ago prior to the pandemic & the service then was excellent.
Your staff do not really engage with the customers & sadly they do not take any effort in understanding the customer`s requests (absence of active listening). When I did not receive what I had requested for, i walked to the counter to explain to the Kitchen staff & got what I wanted!
In the Evening, I visited your restaurant to do a 'take-away' & waiter who took my order did not comprehend me and he could not even repeat my order.
Finally, I advised him to bring a paper & pen, and wrote down the entire order very clearly in upper case.
This is not a complaint but a mere feedback so that the customer-centricity with your workers can be improved. Truly, a staff behaves this way only because they are not happy ... this is indeed a sign of bad leadership!
Being an Indian through and through, I can't stomach seeing this happen in an Indian restaurant. Appreciate if little things like this can make customers more welcome and eventually build customer...
Read moreThis was my first time to try this Indian Restaurant and an Indian woman gave us a warm welcome. I assume she is the restaurant owner.
We ordered their best seller Chicken Tikka Masala, Samosa, (I forgot the name of the other two dishes), Dry Fruit Lassi and Lassi in Mango and Strawberry Flavor (not pictured). The only dish that I didn't like from what we ordered was the vegetable dish in yellow sauce. The taste is similar with Philippine's Ginataang Sitaw at Kalabasa maybe because of the coconut base. This was a boring dish for me. A spicy version would be better. On the otherhand, Chicken Tikka Masala, Samosa and the dish with balls (which my friend requested to make it super spicy) were great tasting!!! I really like them!!! Their Lassi tasted just fine. It made me thirsty and asked for 2 glasses of water afterwards.
The place was not well ventilated.

Read moreReally wanted to eat here as we were in the mood for some good indian food. But when we went in we found such a foul smell coming from the place it smelt like a dirty toilet or a urine gutter. What a total turn off.
We looked at the menu which is extensive. Prices were pp 300 ish for a dish. A naan is pp85. Mid priced.
There is a small window through which you can see into the kitchen and it looks really dirty. The place isn't clean either with a dirty sink in the corner and dirty walls. I would be very suspicious of their hygeine in the kitchen from what I saw. With that terrible smell we we're so grossed out we left without ordering and went someplace else for a burger. Shame since we really wanted indian food.
We have been staying across the street from it and when ever we go by it doesn't seem to be full while a lot of other nearby places are. The takeout menu doesn't have prices but I've posted the whole menu here so you can...
