Starbucks Easton Place Valero — Restaurant in Makati

I've had a frustrating experience at this particular Starbucks compared to other starbucks nearby, with several issues recurring in my orders.

Incorrect Drink Preparation (8/10 times): I've consistently had issues with my drinks being made incorrectly, despite confirming the instructions with the barista. For example, I've asked for 2 pumps of White Mocha, but received 5 pumps instead, making the drink overly sweet. I've also had problems with substitutions, such as asking for soy milk (with an additional charge) but receiving regular milk instead, it happened way too many times.

Excessive Ice in Drinks and way too less milk: Another issue I've encountered is that my drinks are often filled with 80% ice, which is excessive and way too less milk, makes the coffee taste watered down. This is not a problem I've experienced at other Starbucks locations.

Rude Staff: Unfortunately, I've had encounters with 1 or 2 staff members who were rude and unfriendly.

I am a regular at the Starbucks on Valero Street, and today’s visit truly stood out. Jellie introduced me to the new Belgium Latte and Cookies and Cream cake—both were absolutely delightful! The entire team, including Polynne and Henry, was as friendly and welcoming as always. The manager, Joshua, also made a great impression, knowing exactly what I would enjoy today.
