I kid you not. Absolute nightmare of a Starbucks that I have ever visited. The serving ... greeting was ok. Until the making of my coffee.
I specifically asked for no whip, and i saw him pouring whip cream to my drink, then remove it upon realizing that " no whip cream" was written on the cup, then he proceed to scrapped off the whip cream, wipe the table with the tissue, AND WIPE THE CUP OF MY DRINKS WITH THE SAME PIECE OF TISSUE!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGLY DONE LIKE NO ONE IS WATCHING!!!!
I proceed to confront the guy and requested to make me a new drink, only to realize that there is no coffee inside the drink, he poured me chocolate drink only. I already walked out of the store and tasted the coffee at this point and I'm not about to go back to argue with him and make him taste the "choco milk"
Dissatisfied and disappointing at this branch.
The opposite branch ,I have seen a guy spilled the drink and the nice shopkeeper have helped him with a free new one. This particular Starbucks branch has that one nasty staff that I am still pissed until...

Food options appear to be the same as in regular Starbucks outlets, though very clearly highlighted are premium coffees & teas and the various devices to brew them.
Congratulations to Starbucks for persuading customers to spend $3-4 for a cup of tea in a Country in which the minimum daily wage is $10 ! They are smarter than I am.
Another first is Beer on tap. I've not seen that before. Choice of just two draft beers, one of which is a NITRO option. My visit was in the morning so I wasn't interested in trying the beer. I shall return soon to do so at a more sensible hour & will keep you posted.
Final comment, Starbucks continue to innovate and indoing so will continue to...
Read moreIt's a nice Starbuck and bigger size than the one opposite the street. Toilet is free but you have to have a code from your receipt to use it.
It will be very crowded at lunch time as there are many offices around. Staffs are very friendly and they try to remember my name whenever I go in.
Sometimes I got vendors on the street to go inside and ask for donations. I told the manager once and she explained there was no security staff, just CTV only. But they will try to handle it.
PS: The corner of Rufino and Valero is known as a pickpocket corner. Many people stay at a group and distract the victims attention. Hope they don't come to stay at this Starbuck and the staffs there should be more...
