Tosenme Restaurant is by far an expensive Chinese serving both Chinese and Vietnamese dishes. Dishes were hurriedly cooked as the plate of Braised Beef for P310 was served chewy, hard to eat and swallow. The cook cooked for another 10 mins that ruined its taste and texture as water was added. Unfortunately, the quality of Braised Beef was not tasty at all and I lost appetite eating. Aside from the Braised Beef, a bowl of Congee was relatively cooked the Chinese way with liver, gizzard and an egg so it was a so-so taste for P210 per. A plate of Spicy chicken noodles for P290 had some slices of chicken bits.
