Tosenme Restaurant is by far an expensive Chinese serving both Chinese and Vietnamese dishes. Dishes were hurriedly cooked as the plate of Braised Beef for P310 was served chewy, hard to eat and swallow. The cook cooked for another 10 mins that ruined its taste and texture as water was added. Unfortunately, the quality of Braised Beef was not tasty at all and I lost appetite eating. Aside from the Braised Beef, a bowl of Congee was relatively cooked the Chinese way with liver, gizzard and an egg so it was a so-so taste for P210 per. A plate of Spicy chicken noodles for P290 had some slices of chicken bits. Some awful smell and dirty water come out at the corner were a pipe is exposed. That isn't a good sight and smell to eat some decent meal. I wonder if Makati City Hall has properly checked the restaurant's hygiene and cleanliness before issuing a sanitary permit. Cleanliness is very important and proper cooking is a must to avoid any food poisoning or having amoebiasis. One more thing, they just issued some kind of receipt and not even an official one.

Do not eat here. This is a typical POGO Chinese scammy restaurant. We ordered 7 Level Spicy Noodles and Meat Bun. They used instant noodles you can taste it in the soup The meat bun seems to be only microwaved and they made the bread gummy and hard The staff needs hospitality training. They are playing club music destroying the Chinese ambiance (eg. Bubble Butt Bubble Bubble Butt)

New dishes as recommended by the chief or the owner I'm not sure though. Portion of the fry noodle is quite big enough for 1 person, the side dish blueberry sauce yam is very crunchy and fresh but attracted some small flies wondering why🤣 好吃😏

So sorry to add a review about food here because the staff are nice and friendly, nice atmosphere. I ordered pho bo while waiting to pick up the wife but it was literally a bowl of hot water and noodles. It explains why it took only 120 seconds to bring the food. Sadly they didn't really know what to say when I pointed it out and even when I suggested they try it themselves they didn't want to. I completely sympathise with them working till 3am and they surely don't need me complaining i know but..... the facts are the facts. Better to say it's not...
