S&R New York Style Pizza — Restaurant in Makati

If i can give zero ratings i'll definitely will. We ordered 1 box of pizza (square cut) for us to be able to share it with others and to our surprise it was not cut as we requested it. The pizza was cut in 16 then was cut again in squares. The pizza seems to be not freshly cooked and in the box it has a different order number. So it seems that the pizza we received was for another order but was not picked up so they gave it to us and cut it in squares.

We also ordered fries and chicken both of them seems to be reheated. Super tigas na nung fries at chicken. I am not sure if ilang beses na siyang sinalang sa matika.

Lastly, the PWD discount. Since ang haba na ng pila I was not able to double check the receipt but upon arriving sa office to eat our meal we've checked the receipt and they have charge me the full amount kahit na discounted na yung nasa receipt. Didn't bother to return sa store nila for all these inconvenience but will surely not eat nor order from this...

Well. Many people (me included), visit SnR and other kind of fast food places in order to save time between one activity and other. I mean, many people comes to SnR to save time, obviously not looking for a healthy meal. My experince today, 25 minutes queuing at 11:30 more or less. Then placed an order of several pizza slices and one bottle of water. The cashier told me it would take about 15 min to prepare my order, what is totally fine, especially when adviced. Then after exactly 15 minutes my number was shouted and I was able to pick up my meal. All the pizza slices were cold. I don't know what was wrong there, but it is not pleasant to wait about 40 minutes in a fast food restaurant, to get cold food. I don't think I will be back anytime soon, at least on...

I was in the mood for pizza and I saw this online. From a lot of the reviews I saw I almost didn't go. I was glad that I did. They have gigantic pizzas there and they even ask you how many slices you want it cut into. This is the 1st time ever a pizza parlor has ever asked, and I eat a lot of pizza. I saw where people complained about how long it took. I ordered a large root beer. The pizza came out before I was finished my drink, that's quick. Sure depending on what time you go there will depend on how long you will wait. The staff was awesome and there was seating available.
