I came around midnight and ordered two separate dishes of food. We were served old and cold food that was made earlier in the day. It was dry and not at all tasty, even the rice (which they actually bothered to heat) tasted weird. I assumed it also was old. The food looked like it was ready for the trashbin, nothing to be served to a customer. It was simply scrap food, leftovers that you would think should be served to your dog.

Read moreFries are cold and uncooked, drink has zero carbonation and is flat, the burger is room temperature and is just okay tasting. Really underwhelming. Unfortunate because Wendy's is my favorite American fast food chain. Won't be coming back. And seriously, look how small the fry package is, I had to stop myself from laughing, looks like it's for a child! Never received my receipt so I have no idea how much I was charged.
Most ironic part of this visit is the staff wearing "we don't cut corners" t-shirts, umm yeah you kinda do. Also the fry package saying "hot & crispy" and the fries are cold and mushy.

Read moreSadly, I wish I had read the reviews before coming—I’d have gone elsewhere. This place refuses to provide certain menu items in an attempt to make more off of you. I ordered a meal that comes with a Frosty, but if you want Ube, Rocky Road, or Vanilla, too bad—you can only get chocolate, and you’d have to order a second one to get another flavor.
Then, the sauce for the nuggets? Want honey mustard? Not possible; “it’s only for the salads.” More tomato sauce? Nope.
