Wings n’ Chill — Restaurant in Makati

We were at Wings N' Chill at around 6:20pm to 6:55pm to eat our dinner. We opt to avail their Unli Meal. We have noticed that some of the chicken "wings" were BIG, they served us mostly Drummette part of the chicken instead of just a Wingette. After the first batch of chicken served, I kindly ask the server if they could give us just the wing part of the chicken (because DUH their name is basically WINGS N' CHILL). Kuya then told us that it should really be a mixed of drummette and wingette — which is fine I told him (like we have a choice, right). The second batch of chicken wings came, and it was full of BIG DRUMETTE – they just added two cute little wingette so it wouldn't be too obvious, it was 4 BIG drummette out of 6 chicken wings served. Also, one of the big Drummette is not properly cooked. It still have lots of blood in it. By that moment we already lost our appetite. I glanced on the server near the counter and noticed that he is looking at us. We felt like we were being tripped, that's why they served us all the BIG parts. We decided to pay at the counter and give the uncooked chicken to the server. We complained but kuya is just smirking while saying "pasensya na po". The ate on the counter made a gesture pointing out the server as if she's dismayed to him. I forgot to ask the name of the server but he has glasses. They are lucky that we didn't have our phones with us, we weren't able to take a picture of the uncooked chicken. But I hope you're gonna take an action regarding this. We didn't get a chance to chill at your "wings n' chill". What a waste of...

Inaccurate store hours and Horrible Customer Service, wasted my time going there. I went there around 3pm and waited until 5pm but they weren't even open. All of their socials say that they are open around this time and yet they didn't even open. The staff there have seen me waiting for 2 hours but didn't accommodate me at all at least tell me what time their opening was or they were closed for the meantime. I had only found out that they were opening at night when one of the people close by noticed that I've been waiting for a long time and told me they open at night. This place was recommended by friends so I waited a long time expecting something great which only ended up being a waste of time...

My friends and I were regulars at this place. Keyword “were”. For some reason the food and service down spiraled. We figured the last straw was when the food took more than an hour to come out, without anyone telling us it would take that long which was incredibly disrespectful of our time. The wings tasted different too I guess they changed the recipe to taste worse. A lot of the flavors are unavailable now as well. Don’t come here unless you want unli sakit ng ulo.
