I recently dined at Alexis, and while I was initially looking forward to the experience, it turned out to be disappointing.
First, while I understand that accidents happen, I was shocked to find a piece of steel wool in my lomi. Mistakes like this can be hazardous, yet what made it worse was the staffโs lack of concern. Instead of apologizing and addressing the issue properly, she/he seemed indifferent, as if it wasnโt a big deal. Though they didnโt charge me for that lomi, a simple apology would have gone a long way in showing accountability. Is that how you handle complaints?
Overall, the experience left a bad impression. I hope Alexis' Boracay improves both their food handling and customer service, as these are crucial aspects of any dining...
