McDonald's Pioneer Reliance — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

Although the space is big and the high ceilings make the place look spacious I do not particularly like the small parking lot they provide their customers. McDonald's is known for young professionals and middle class families customers eating here so it is more likely probable that a bigger parking lot should be made available to all its Prospect customers. In terms of service I observe that their service crew providing your order keeps on forgetting to complete the condiments and/or cutleries important to enjoying your meal. Despite all of this it will not make me stop eating in this place simply because of the store's layout and the kind of atmosphere one feels comfortable enough to dine with their loved ones and family. Due to bad service. Food went bad. They attempted to give me wrong item. I told them why would i accept a wrong order? They said because they gave my order to a different car. Drive thru on, a Sunday morning around 11 am was a breeze! Friendly and accommodating staff. Only problem was there are people who are parking on the yellow lane which are RESERVED for drive thru cars while waiting to pick up their orders.
