After having eaten in Shake Shack outlets in the US and multiple countries in the Middle East, I was excited to see the new location in MegaMall where I shop frequently.

After several attempts to have a decent meal, I had just about given up because of the inconsistency in the food. Orders wrong, some food in an order hot while others are warm, especially with the french fries which are almost never hot. Have had to return food items to be recooked on more than one occasion.

That said, I finally found something to eat that they can't mess up - the new Dark Meat Hot Chicken sandwich. Great taste with good quality meat and perfectly topped with pickles and delicious slaw.

Have also decided that it's better to have two sandwiches and just not order the fries!

You can order the sandwich with a higher spice level but so far I have only ordered it with the regular spiciness.

As long as this remains on the menu and the quality doesn't change, I will go to Shake Shack but pass on the...

Best Burger in town! Ito ang pinaka masarap na Burger na nakain ko,from Shake Shack! Altho it's taste is high quality, It's actually pricey and I hope it goes down a bit or no more price increase. Their ShackBurger is a burger that you really can appreciate burger itself as it's a simple burger but tasty. Their smokeshack is the best for me as its flavor combinations burst into my mouth every bite. I literally had teary-eyed and felt like heaven as my taste buds get really excited and can't withstand the delicious flavor of the burger. I may sound exaggerated but that's how I felt the experience of eating the smokeshack burger. Regular fries and cheese fries was expensive for the mid quality. As for the drinks, expensive as well for the mid quality. Dining place was good and it's first thing you see actually upon entering Building D of Megamall.
