Customer service experience ruins everything, no matter how the food tastes. Their new menu Teriyaki Baconator has a displayed price of 205 and 125 and this service is just punching the orders without even asking if your order is alacart or meal. Or even explain that the price is different if so, therefore I was in the expression that my bill was 330 at most. But I was shocked when I saw the price was 390 just for that burger.

Please train your crew to always prove before punching orders. What if the person doesn't have the money to pay for the amount? Addittionally, put a different price for the meal combo.

This is one of our preferred places to have breakfast or brunch during weekends. Aside from our usual Wendy’s favorites, we come here because the place is relaxing and somewhat laid back, something that I appreciate after spending another busy week in the office.
