I would highly recommend Soban K-Town Grill because of my experience. It was our first time visiting the restaurant yet it was a great eating time for me and my boyfriend. As we approach the greeting staff, we were asked to wait for about 5 minutes for the setting up and cleaning our table. The space was cozy, at good temperature, clean, organized (because table napkins, chopsticks and spoon are already on the table) yet the space were limited but okay. I would also commend that there were purse hook below the tables (I really love restaurants with these hooks). The serving time of food was amazing. I think it was just 5-15 minutes. They started with the water, side dishes then the rice and meat, ice tea etc. I cannot recall the exact menu that we ordered but it was the mother's day bbq set for 2 with bottomless ice tea and dessert for 1300. We were thrilled that the food for sharing was so many for 2 persons, but we were not complaining because we were happy to try it all. I highly commend their recipes, all the food served has exceptional taste. Their Kimchi was the best that I've tried so far and the bone caramelized chicken is a must try. The fresh samyupsal meat was my favorite. The value of money was all worth it with the food taste, cozy place, order speed, courteous staffs and good service of soban. We were extremely satisfied. Keep up the good work!

Soban is one of the nicest samgyupsals in PH. Kudos to the team for maintaining the same level of high quality meat and ingredient, professionalism, hospitality and great service. My personal favorite is their sumptuous Woo Samgyup (thin sliced beef) as it is very juicy, fresh, and flavorful; no marinate needed! Plus their Kimchi tastes authentic and so far one of the best Kimchi I have ever tasted. Thank you so much for the exceptional service and food, Soban Robinsons Manila team and shout-out to Calvin for accommodating to our needs. 💜

This used to be a Go to place for me and my Fam, back in the day the service was great! The staff are very attentive and all, however like the saying nothing stays permanent in this world, had the opportunity to dine in again after almost a year moving to a new house outside manila, I miss this place so much, the food was great, however the service changed, before you raise your hand, a crew ask, in less than 2 min, what you ask arrived, now it changed. I had to approach the staff desk just for the lettuce I asked to reach our desk more than 5 from the initial request, you ask for a side dish refill, and it arrives after 7 min from the requested time. I miss the old days where the old crew can deliver excellent service despite being outnumbered by customers, those crews where you can feel their excitement and smiles on their faces even though their facemasks are covering them. I also wanted to add, the side dishes for 6 people, should not be side dishes for 3.

We have been searching for a Korean resto that would match Samgyupsalamat's price, taste and ambience since this resto has been so crowded already. We have been through the most expensive to the most bland Korean barbecue places. Unluckily, we still haven't found a rightful replacement but I can say that Soban may be the place to be. The price is a bit higher than Sam's but it is really worth it. Taste is good for the price you pay and the place ain't that horribly packed (yet! I dread the day!). Staff are all so sweet and attentive. So for those of you who cannot afford to wait too long for seat at Sam's and at the same time miss the taste, try Soban. This place may be your next Korean addiction...watch out Samgyupsalamat!

Whenever I think of the usual crowd in Samgyupsal places, I abandon the thought of dining in because of the pandemic. In this place, it's not crowded even during peak lunch hours so I was really comfortable. We availed their meal set for 2 people for the price of P1,500. They may not offer unlimited meats but the quality made up for it. Also, there were many side dishes. It was a great first Samgyupsal experience in this pandemic.

Great cozy place, cant go wrong with the traditional korean food. The Ramyen could be improved for the price, it looked like a instantaneus ramyen home made in 3min and not fresh. Also, staff should be more careful when taking the garbage out so close to the clients food..maybe theres no other way to do it but timming wasnt good. For that reason, if you go to this place, try to eat far away from the main door path.
