Seattle's Best Coffee - Festival Mall — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

After we went for a walk at FC park, we decided to take our breakfast here cause ito pa lang bukas when we arrived at Festival Mall. One of the worst service we got. I was ordering Sarsaparilla and Jessica kept on saying they do not have it even if I can see it in front of my eyes. She dared me to get it if i’m really telling the truth (with a bad tone). I told her nasa enclosed glass sya. She said “Wala nga po kaming Sarsaparilla!” I was still calm and tell her to look at it kasi it’s in the front. She rolled her eyes and kinuha naman nya and told me wala silang malamig nun. I just said sige okay na yan coz my partner really wants it. Then I ordered a Large Iced chocolate and it’s super tabang. Idk if sinasadya nila but we asked them bakit matabang. They put an additional syrup naman coz makulit din partner ko na it’s not how it’s supposed to taste talaga. So yeah, if she doesn’t want her job, better leave and wag ipasa sa customer and stress nya(Jessica). Because of this experience, di na kami...

Always been a Starbucks guy but today I gave Seattle's Best Festival mall a shot - very BAD first time. Asked for a warm Americano, even joked with the barista telling her if they can make it around 125°c so I can already drink it as am about to crash. So my name was called a few minutes after and got my coffee very hot. So I nicely tell RUSSEL that I asked it to be warm. Looking pissed she dumped the coffee right in front of me, went to the faucet, got water poured the espresso shot in, slapped on the cover and without even looking at me left the cup right in front of her. Didnt even hand it over.

Thanks for most aweful first time experience RUSSEL! You represented the brand well!

PS - in Starbucks, the baristas would measure it to be exactly 125° like 100% of the time. And even hand it to me with a nice genuine smile.

July 15,2024 around 1030am 1st, i Ordered big breakfast 3 and iced latte it was pretty standard, cashier elle did not smile but accepted the order well. 2nd i ordered to go iced java chip, ice white chocolate mocha, extra hot latte and chicken pesto panini to go, i asked if they can do flat whote but cashier elle said they only do latte so i ordered latte instead, and still cashier elle was not yet smiling but as observed with others she was smiling and jolly.

There was a moment where the floor manager or supervisor took my 3rd order of iced white chocolate mocha because no one is at the counter and moat if them are at the back and some are getting their supplies at the storage area which was a no no.

Food was usual still a 4. Drinks still a 4, staff elle 3 maybe she was nit in the mood today to take my orders, other...
