I'm very disappointed on how the owner/management runs things here I'll start with the thing that upset me the most. What was a simple fix to start with was a mistake with a order in the food what they can not understand here is for one there employees are not going to know every language known to man so when u have someone speaking to them in a language there not fluent in it well raise the chances of mistakes 2 we are all human people well make a mistake. The employee could not fix the mistake because the owner of the hotel would (STEAL) his employees wages to pay for what was a simple mistake this is illegal and if this was the US I'm sure the hotel would be shut down because of that. U don't pay someone practically nothing and take it away cuz a food order was wrong something that cost the hotel no more then 10 pesos. U have got to be kidding me just for that itself I won't be back here next year... second when u pay for a hotel that is supposed to be a luxury hotel u expect to have A.C. so what they do to pinch a few pennies is give u one card that u have to insert into a card holder in ur room to have the electricity on this means if u walk out to go shopping or anything outside u have to come back to a hot room and wait 2 hours or more for it to cool down and they well only give u 1 card "it's there policy" and it's purpose is to save maybe 50 pesos a room cuz there guest are obviously not worth that and there satisfaction of there vacation as well. So because they don't take care of there employees and or there guest and all they worry about is money we won't be back next year when we come to see family here in...

I had the pleasure to visit not of staying at the Only Seed Resort during my recent trip to the Philippines, and I must say that it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the surrounding beach and ocean.

The resort itself is beautifully designed with modern and minimalist architecture, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay.

The highlight of my stay at Only Seed Resort was the incredible food. The resort's restaurant offers a delicious selection of local and international cuisine, all made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The chefs even catered to my dietary restrictions with ease, ensuring that I had a wonderful dining experience throughout my stay.

The resort also offers a range of activities, including snorkeling, kayaking, and island hopping, which allowed me to explore the surrounding natural beauty of the island. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay.

Overall, I highly recommend the Only Seed Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation in the Philippines. The beautiful location, excellent food, and friendly staff make it the perfect destination for a memorable and...

We stayed at the west wing by panglao regents park hotel. It is just across the road of the main hotel. I have chosen a room in the main hotel but there were no more rooms available. The hotel offered the west wing which is available at the time of my chosen dates. The room in the west wing is a bit more expensive but they gave it to us with the rate same as in the main hotel, approx. 400php price difference. Fair price but the view from the main hotel is better than in the west wing. If u want to use the pool, you need to cross the road to go to the main hotel as the pool in the west wing is almost close everyday.

The room we had for 4 persons is very big. It has 2 queen size beds, with tv, cable with many channels available, fridge, electric kettle, water, coffee, soap, shampoo with conditioner, tissue plus add factor to us are the number of sockets available to charge our gadgets. We are also allowed to bring outside foods in the hotel, giving us a wide choice of food to eat. The toilet and bath is good though toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided.

The cons.. there was no dipper provided in the toilet. For those who are using water to wash after pooping, they cannot wash thoroughly. Also, the water is quite salty. You can even taste it when brushing ur teeth.

Overall, our stay in the hotel...

The only positive point of this hotel is the location otherwise the premises are extremely old doors are difficult to open and closed bad pressure of the shower water of a cloudy color I booked a room for adults with children I had 1 room with 1 bed with 1 long bed after long negotiations we had 1 game room below with 2 single bed 1 place which is also of very poor quality not to mention the cockroaches that are obviously well installed the canvases. spiders from the cocoons of moths in the closet. Suspicious traces on the walls and everywhere the furniture is very old when I plug the hair dryer the lights go out the room was dirty before we settle dust very present the trunk does not work the mini fridge does not work the air conditioning does not work a very strong smell of urine in the water room that smells of mold and urine we put you towels of 30x50 for shower with more than suspicious spots. I'll stop there there are too many negative points for all exposed when we think we've reached the bottom we meet that there is always deeper a tip if you have the opportunity to put a few dollars more to go elsewhere made or canceled your trip to this hotel I have traveled to many countries and it is my worst experience in terms of hotel.

This was my 2nd stay here on a business trip and I felt that the housekeeping standards have dropped in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. The housekeeping department only clean what they see. The refrigerator wasn't turned on so I had to turn it on by pulling the cabinet forward. It was so disgusting that there was a candy wrapper on the wall and the refrigerator electrical cable was stuck to the floor as the floor was filthy (See photos). There was also no towels of any kind when I checked-in and had to call down for them. Again, this is poor housekeeping. It's worthy of mention too that the bathroom tiles are extremely slippery when wet due to the water from the shower as there was no shower curtain. Also there is no elevator and I was located on the 4th floor. Fortunately I am quite a fit 61-year old senior citizen so it wasn't a major issue but it could be for other seniors who struggle with mobility or other mobility impaired guests. The staff at the front desk are helpful as was the Housekeeping staff that I dealt with but management needs to get on top of safety and hygiene.

The complaint we experienced was that there were no floor mats for us to dry our feet after showering and the pool has too much chlorine. The staff was alright, especially the receptionist who explained the details of the hotel during checking in. But the one who accommodated us to our room was a bit silent and wasn’t welcoming and kinda awkward. I was about to order something from our room but don’t know how, there was a barcode to scan inside the room when needing assistance but didn’t work, I don’t know if our room only doesn’t include telephones. The tv is alright with different channels but it would be nice to fix the TV’s audio, it gets distorted when you watch after a while and you can’t enjoy much. I like their bathroom, modern version. The food was amazing in their restaurant across the street (we were staying at the west side) and nice restaurant staff. Overall, nice quiet place for us to enjoy our anniversary as a couple who is under a budget and near to Alona’s night festivities, just a walkable distance to digest the evening meals you had.
