One E- Com Bon Chon Super Bad Quality not the bonchon standard Management to take an action on it it’s a honest review because bon chon is one of my favorite chicken NO TASTE AT ALL FROM INSIDE its SUPER TASTELESS NOT EVEN MARINATED I GUESS EVEN THE OUTSIDE I DONT EVEN TASTE THE SAUCE its my first time to share this kind comment about bon chon and it’s my first time try to do take out at one E- Com and quicky go home to make sure it’s still hot I’m super disappointed YES ITS BIG CUT THE CHICKEN but super disappointed I order 8 pcs chicken I just eat 1 originally I even can finish 3 even my family says why the quality too bad on that branch. I’m so sorry to to give this kind of review. Staff are ok during taking order however the taste really cannot even accept.

Super thank you to Ms Cashier and guy manager, i was supposed to order a take out meal but then opted to have my ordered food dine in — but our sundo was outside na and i was rushing. I kindly told Ms Cashier na cutie like tonight’s casher (11PM Aug 1 whoever is on duty) if it’s ok to have my food pack for take out nalang. Tbh it’s kinda off hassle to think na i ordered it for dine it tapos minutes later pina take out ko. I even said na i’ll pay extra nalang kasi i was bothering them too about it and could say na no, but they’re so kind. Hands down to these...

The food was good but the quality of service and service time could be better. It's the second time now that i have experienced TOO long service time from this branch and to tell you that there were only 2 people eating at the time is highly dissapointing.
