The barista at the counter was shrewd and dismissive. She was very cold, quite arrogant and she was very unwelcoming. When I asked her about the drinks, she was annoyed that I didn't know about their drinks. Her tone of voice and attitude towards me was rude and a little belittling. I felt mocked by how she responded to me. The experience with the girl barista at the counter who took my order was very unsettling and uncomfortable. :(( what a way to handle customers! I was disrespected by that girl at the counter. :((
Even if my day is tough, I don't disrespect clients at work. I adhere to the principles of our workplace. I guess, Starbucks doesn't value their customers well being. This experience reminded me of the Starbucks issue with the senior citizen.

The Barista at CBTL Trinoma is way way better than the barista at this Starbucks. They are both girls, but the ATTITUDE of CBTL Barista is topnotch.

Yes, the coffee and the pastry might be overpriced but you're technically paying for the experience in Starbucks. You get a good ambiance where you can meet with friends and family over coffee. The atmosphere is also good for studying and I really appreciate Starbucks providing convenience outlets in their cafes for you to charge your devices in.

However, very recently i was charged for a Flat White instead of the Flat Bread that i ordered. I raised this concern to the barista but unfortunately they just told me that they will be correcting the amount charged on my card in 5 to 7 days. Apparently, it has been more than a week since and no action has been done. This might seem petty but i can't exactly vouch for wrong transactions as it equates to poor customer service. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone...
