Coordination with Dahlia was seamless. Made reservations for 9 persons yesterday for a coworker's birthday and texted Dahlia our orders a few hours before we went there. When all of us were seated, it didn't take long before they served the food one after another. We loved all the food we ordered: Adobong pusit, grilled liempo, shrimps w/garlic & butter, Sinigang na maya maya sa miso, baked tahong, a bowl of rice and a 1.5l Coke bottle. We ended up ordering another bowl because of the amount of food we ordered and it was served promptly. What's surprising was the rice wasn't low-quality and was still hot.

Paluto prices (cooking rates) were very standard and can range from 150-200 for half kilo and 250-300+ for a kilo. My favorite was the garlic butter for the shrimps and also the chili crabs. I expected to like salted egg crabs but i didn't end up liking it as much as i thought i would. Total came up to around 10-12k all in for 12pax so roughly 1k per person.

As soon as I entered the restaurant, the whole staff greeted us and there was an available table for us right away. They also have function rooms with videoke so they can accommodate large groups.
