Savoy Café is located in the Savoy Hotel Manila. When I booked my room, breakfast was included for an additional $4, which is 234php - a great deal! The breakfast buffet offered typical American fare with some Filipino dishes, but nothing particularly outstanding. The only thing I kept going back for was the Tahô - a Philippine snack food made of fresh soft/silken tofu, served with sago pearl and caramelized sugar, which brings back memories, it was delicious! The service was subpar - none of the servers greeted me or explained anything. I had to get my food and serve myself, well yes, it’s a buffet but not even a greeting was a bit rude. As a result, I didn't leave a tip because I didn't receive any service. There was also a discrepancy in the pricing. I was told that the buffet was 390php per person, but when I paid for my three cousins, the total came to 3900php, which is $66 - that's $20 per person, quite steep in my opinion. Selection is just standard, but fresh and they kept on re-stocking once the food runs out.
Ambiance is just an extension of the lobby feel. Seating at the time was full so they did extend the area.
Good for the check-in guest primarily.
I just got a little bread, bacon, egg, potato wedges, sausage, chicken adobo and tea.
They have a parking basement for free just need to validate it at the cafe.

Told them about my concern an hour after I left it in the cafe. They took their time to look for it in a pile of tissue and fortunately found it!
