If I could rate this place negative for customer service I would ! I had truly wished we read thw reviews before eating here. We were weary after a long day of travel and the location is right behind Hotel Savoy where we are staying.

Firstly, after I had ordered at the Kiosk, I had reiterated that the drinks we would like would be all soda (coke). Not once but at leasy 3 times. The two women behind the counter didnt seem like they were "all there". I did have them repeat our order twice, and then paid in cash.

Wednesday night is quiet, with only 2 other customers in the place. The bathroom is dinky, a little out of place with the neighborhood but the food arrived fast.

They served us red tea so I asked twice if she was sure it was coke, she said yes, until I moved to taste it thats when she said, its red tea and thats what comes with the meal. At this point, having had a long day, I reminded her that I had requested at least 3 times we had ordered cokes and they repeated my order to me. She then said she can replace our drinks if we pay extra. YES EXTRA !!! for their mistake. No apologies, no courtesy just, pay extra if we want soda. I then told her straight off we're not paying extra at this point since it was their mistake. I wouldve gladly paid it had they pointed it out when we paid for our order and I had told them 3x what we wanted for drinks. The server then took their tea back and ignored us for the next 15mins.

The manager, some dude, gave us furtive glances, didn't even bother coming over to fix things and just stood their playing with his phone.

My 2 kids were already in the middle of their bland meals and were very thirsty. The staff was still just giving us weird glances and ignoring us so I finally got up and went to the counter point blank asked where our drinks was. They still proceeded to ignore me so I took the liberty of informing the other customers in line with our awful experience how we've been ignored and just then, without a word, the woman behind the counter left her post and tried to give us 4 coke zeroes. I gave it back and said. we ordered regular coke please. She actually took the cans back and gave us the 5 coke cans they owe us.

As for the food, it was ok. Edible but I wouldn't pay almost Php2000 for it. Nobody finished our plates and I had 3 growing boys with me who are not picky eaters.

This place wasn't worth the stress. For future reference, AVOID AVOID AVOID . So many places nearby for a quick and reasonably...

I came this morning to dine with my Partner and i saw outside that there’s a long line, since that i worked in many fast food and restaurants and hotels even in the USA i know how to handled it and make it more efficient and effective to ensure that the line will be lessen and of course once you got there smile can be a key to ensure that after waiting will be worth it since you will feel welcomed and valued guest there , I encountered This cashier named Che She was kinda slow in making transactions at the same time she’s not smiling to every guest, I am not saying that shes that bad but she have to improve her style of service, I truly admire Jess the guy that was with her who is very good in terms of service and politely doing there jobs well 😊 Hopefully they will have more Customers so that they will be...

Server told me it takes 20m to serve my food and 2minutes later my food was on the table. I was surprised and no complaint for that.

But how on earth the rice was cold, curry was cold, the fry chicken was actually pork. Again, more that fresh.

As you can imagine, they’re busy, yes, and they chose sacrifice the quality.

Flavour wise, very basic, very plain. Don’t even have any expectations.

I want to have some fresh meals but they serve me cold dish! Unbelievable dine in experience!

The other people’s meals didn’t look attempted neither.

I feel bad that I didn’t look at the reviews...
