My family hadn't visited a Max's restaurant in quite a while because of a frustrating experience that led to my mom having an outburst over their service. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I really value our decision to steer clear of any of their locations. Max's Restaurant didn't fail to give us an awesome service! They were so patient and friendly as we coordinated and planned for our church's Christmas party. The food was great and they really found ways to help make things happen for the setup that we wanted. For churches or groups with bands though, make sure to bring your own sound system and mics. This is a restaurant, so normally, they only have mics for speakers or facilitators of meetings. Don't expect any restaurant to have top of the line sound systems.
