Severe Disregard for Allergies; Inexcusable Service We strongly advise those with allergies to exercise extreme caution or avoid dining at this restaurant altogether. We were utterly disappointed and deeply concerned about their disregard for customers' allergies. Despite multiple requests for a simple accommodation due to a fish allergy—asking for the tuyo to be served separately from the champorado—our experience was an alarming display of negligence. The initial serving arrived with the tuyo directly atop the champorado, endangering the health of the individual with the fish allergy. After requesting a replacement with the tuyo on the side, the dish returned with a hasty attempt to scrape off the fish, disregarding the severity of the allergy. It wasn't until the third request that the restaurant finally managed to serve the champorado with the tuyo on the side, adhering to our original and crucial request. However, the apathy, insensitivity, and repeated oversight regarding a severe allergy created an uncomfortable and unsafe dining environment. While we appreciate the eventual compliance with our request, the initial mishandling of the situation and the subsequent lack of attention to a critical allergy concern reflect a concerning negligence on the part of the restaurant. Such disregard for customers' well-being is unacceptable and casts doubt on the establishment's commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Such blatant disregard for customer safety and repeated oversight in a matter as critical as food allergies is unforgivable. It's deeply concerning that a restaurant could exhibit such negligence and lack of attention to customers' needs. We strongly advise those with allergies to exercise extreme caution or avoid dining at this restaurant altogether.

PSA: Please do not dine here if you intend to eat in peace. We dined in between 10-11PM and the place is almost full. I guess they squeezed in a lot of tables at such a small place which is the reason why it is very noisy. We also had to transfer tables since a male guest had a very LOUD voice at the nearby area. Imagine the idea of dining in a place more loud and crowded than SM North on a weekend. During this time, I also noticed that the female servers seem to be off. I particularly asked for a single sugar packet and the female server immediately forgot it a minute later that I had to get one myself! Mind you she passed by the coffee bar where the sugar packets are for five times already. They also get your plates without asking if you are already done. Kaya pala, verified na lousy service ang meron sa establishment na to. Also, only the male attendants seem to be attentive. I also noticed a non- uniformed female staff behind the counter with no hair net on (mind you she’s also doing final food preps). You have to go back and forth the counter to call their attention. The only saving grace here is the food so compliments to the chef for doing a good job. Coffee is just okay. For the food, price wise, a bit pricey given the kind of ambiance and service you will get. There are also limited parking spaces in the area. I think only four cars will fit in the frontage of the establishment. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE. Not going back here.

Severe Disregard for Allergies; Inexcusable Service

What a letdown. I'm going to stop believing all the Food TikTokers, I swear. I went with another person yesterday, arrived at 12nn. No more parking available, but that's expected. We got seated immediately, and ordered the Mango Crab Salad, the Roast Beef main dish (which I thought was good for sharing, thanks to the said TikTokers), and a strawberry-something drink. The drink arrived fast, but I had to ask the waitress to give us water, since there were 2 of us and only my friend ordered the fancy drink. The salad: the lettuce leaves were already browning on the edges, and it's not only due to the balsamic vinaigrette. The vinaigrette tasted more like 90% water with 2 tbsp of balsamic. There were tiny molecules of mango scattered, and you couldn't taste its mango-ness at all. There was also some walnut. Sadly, that's the only thing I liked about the salad - the crunchy walnuts. The roast beef: costs P780.00 (10% SC not yet included), but consists only of 5 slices of beef, each measuring 1cm in thickness. Like I said, with that price, I stupidly thought it was for sharing, thanks to the paid TikTokers and to the photo on the menu. I also ordered extra rice, since my friend is eating the mashed potato. MALUTONG ANG ILANG BUTIL NG KANIN AT HINDI YUN TUTONG. P60.00 for the overcooked rice. Let me reiterate: there's a 10% service charge here. I'm never going back; I don't suggest you even try this highway-robbery of a resto. For roast beef: just go...
