Hi,

I just wanted to share my feedback regarding our dinner last night at your Tomas Morato branch.

Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. We were initially seated in a crowded area even though there were several empty tables available in the corner. Since we had a child with us, we preferred to be seated somewhere more comfortable and less disruptive to other guests.

When we arrived at the table, the food was already served but it didn’t match what was advertised. Most of the items were skewers, and they didn’t even include the meatballs right away. Meats were limited as well, no more meat with ribs according with the staff that should be raised before we come in and decided to take a table. There was also no lettuce served, and we had to ask for it while we were already grilling.

Service was noticeably slow, and the staff seemed tired and eager to leave. I requested a birthday song for my brother, and while I appreciate the effort, it would have been better if someone gave me a heads-up or at least asked if it was a good time before just starting to sing.

As first-time customers, we didn’t feel the experience delivered the value we expected. Compared to other similar restaurants we’ve tried, this visit felt rushed and lacking in energy. To top it off, we were handed the bill while we were still eating without even requesting it, which gave us the impression that we were being asked to leave.

I hope you can look into this, as we were really hoping for a more enjoyable...

🌸Food - The food was really good. Talk about their side dishes, you couldn't compare it to any other Korean-BBQ or yakiniku place because it's really good. What makes it more special is when you can place your orders through a tablet which makes it easier for both the customers and the crews. Their meat were very tasty and you can taste the quality of the meat. The seafood cheese balls are reaaaally good! Like we ordered a lot! The sushi tempura are okay though. The kani salad is a bit interesting. I love the taro ice cream afterwards. ❤️

💮Staff/service - The staffs will great you once you enter and will thank you after eating. Their service is really fast and they will initiate some help if you need anything, like if the grill needs to be changed. I love that all of them are giving good vibes all throughout our stay.

🌸Place - From the outside, the place looks really big. I like the design inside and outside of the place. I also like that they provided space and chairs for those who are waiting for their turn, it's good that's it's in their space so that people can wait comfortably. Going inside it's a bit narrow though I understand that they're trying to maximize the space. Their comfort room is located at the 2nd floor.

🌺 Recommend - 👍👍👍 superrrb!! Will definitely try other branch next time. Go here a bit early to avoid the long line Lost 1⭐ because of their ventilation. The water is dropping from the aircon in the 1st floor. Table 2 to be exact. But all in all, it was a...

Last weekend, my partner and I visited this place, and overall, we were pleased with the food and service.

Time allotted overall: 1 hour and 30 minutes

Pros: The beef and pork dishes are well-seasoned and have a sufficient amount of serving and seasoning. QR-code-based menu system for simpler transactions (ordering food, and general services like bill out and change grill plate) One free ice cream cone (vanilla ice cream with cone, served in a bowl)

Cons: There aren't enough side dishes (Some can only be ordered once) To my taste, the chicken could have used a little more seasoning (This is both for the Yakitori side dish and main grilling dishes) QR code means you'll need internet to access the website. When there are many of diners inside the restaurant, it tends to get a little smokey.

Service: 4/5; your server and his or her colleagues will continuously check on you to see if any orders were missed or if you need anything else. With your consent, they'll also take your plates.

Quality: 4/5; nonetheless, there is always potential for development and personal taste varies widely.

Quantity: 5/5, order-wisely as every plate serving is a lot and there are never any leftovers allowed.

Value: 4/5 at the 599 starting price.

Note: Base price: 599 pesos] To include limitless seafood, add [1 peso Unlimited drinks are included for an additional 49 pesos. They charge a corkage...

I've dined here before, but the experience was different this time. We arrived just past 12 pm and had to wait almost an hour to be seated, despite being the first customers. The dine-in time was limited to only 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once seated, we were given a barcode to scan for ordering via our phones. Orders were placed and added to our pending order, with notifications somewhat audible from the counter. However, despite the efficient ordering system, the grilled dishes were slow to arrive, forcing us to fill up on side dishes. Our orders were occasionally missed, requiring us to reorder, even though we were mindful of the limited dining time. Overall, the food was good, and the staff were courteous, but the slow service and waiting time for food were significant. Some of my companions even had to take smoking breaks while waiting for our food. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for those with time constraints.
