Worst dining experience ever!

If I could rate this restaurant below 1 star I would do it.

Waiter has a very poor listening skill. We ordered Favorite A which only cost 1,295 but the gave us the Set A which cost 2,725 an we thought that's the worst that could happen. But the waiter served the Large set which is for 7-8 person where in fact we, together with cousin repeatedly told the waiter that we only want the 4-5 person set which is for 3,645! How can we order 7-8 person set when there are only 5 of us! So disappointing.

We only noticed this when we were asking where is the pancit that is included on it. My mother wanted a pancit but the waiter said there's a pancit included on it. So how come we said our ordered wrong as it's the main point of ordering the Favorite A.

And what more? the manager handled the situation poorly. The waiter is keep on insisting that we ordered it where in fact they also served our drinks wrong. They prepared Fresh Buko Cooler instead of Fresh Buko in a shell!

They also asked us twice if our food is complete where in fact they are the on that should check it, that we are still missing our drinks.

At the end. They just insisted us to pay the bill which is 5,300+ without compensation or anything.

Would not recommend to anyone! Worst Birthday...

It was a generally pleasant dining experience. The food was prompt and served hot, with the flavors consistent with other branches I've been to. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have my favorite dish, the laing.

The service was generally good, but it was rather slow when it came to giving change or receipts. It was a minor inconvenience, but it would have been nice if they could speed things up in that regard.

The seating was comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate groups, and there was even an Instagrammable space perfect for couples looking to capture their dining experience. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner.

On the downside, the men's restroom was too small and the fixtures were outdated, needing some replacements. However, it's worth noting that there were separate restrooms for men and women, which is always a plus.

Oh yes, the family could dine-in again in...

Saw cockroach crawl from the floor up to the wall.. fell on the table and crawl back to the wall. Staff just non chalantly picked it up. No apologies whatsover! Like they did not even feel embarassed na may ipis na gumagala sa dining area?!! Like its all normal to them there was a full grown cockorach roaming around. They did not even volunteer to change the plates nor clean the table until we told them to. Just lucky I guess that at least this happened before we ordered. Serving of orders was also very slow. Need pa mag follow up ng follow up. Staff seems dazed. But when it came sa bill- ang bilis bigla! Also negative points because ang init init ng resto nila. All of us were sweating big time!!! We also saw a small hair (maybe eyelash) sa isa sa mga food. Did not complain anymore kasi feeling ko lang they won't do...
