Think of this place as a meat/butcher's shop that cooks food. You can your choice of steak - packaged in a vacuum sealed wrap - and have them cook and serve it (+180pesos) to you.
I opted to try the lower-end cuts of meat. Any high-quality meat will taste great, but I wanted to experience the low-end cuts they offered. Well, now I know why they are on the lower end of the price spectrum.
The steak was thin (against real steakhouse standards). I think it was half an inch width or maybe even less. Nevertheless I tried to have them make mine medium rare. The steak was tough. Even if it was medium rare. You'd have to cut it into small, bite-size pieces and still there'd be an effort to chew it before swallowing. Nothing too special about their steak sauce offerings. And the sides were pretty much regular as well.

Best part is how it resembles the typical dampa wherein you are able to choose the staple of your preference, how it should be cooked and the side dishes. I loved every moment of our foodie experience at the...
