Le Petit Chef has not only raised the bar for fine dining but has also redefined the art of culinary indulgence. From the moment I stepped into this gastronomic haven, I knew I was in for an extraordinary dining experience.

The ambiance at Le Petit Chef is an enchanting fusion of warmth and sophistication. The intimate setting, combined with tasteful decor and ambient lighting, creates an atmosphere that is both inviting and elegant. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to providing a truly immersive dining journey.

The service at Le Petit Chef is nothing short of exceptional. The staff members are not only highly professional but also exude genuine passion for their craft. From the knowledgeable sommelier guiding us through an impressive wine selection to the attentive waitstaff who anticipated our every need, the service complemented the culinary delights seamlessly.

Now, onto the star of the show – the food. Le Petit Chef's menu is a symphony of flavors and textures that takes diners on a captivating journey. The chef's innovative approach to combining ingredients is nothing short of genius. Each dish is a work of art, carefully crafted to please the eye as much as the palate.

The amuse-bouche was a tantalizing teaser of what was to come, setting the stage for a series of culinary revelations. The appetizers showcased a harmonious blend of fresh, seasonal ingredients, while the main course was a testament to the chef's mastery of both technique and creativity.

Dessert at Le Petit Chef is an experience in itself. The sweet creations are a sublime conclusion to the culinary symphony, with each dessert telling a story of flavor and finesse. The presentation is exquisite, a perfect finale to a memorable meal.

Le Petit Chef is not just a restaurant; it's a culinary journey that transcends expectations. While the prices reflect the quality of the experience, the value is immeasurable. Dining here is not merely about sustenance; it's an exploration of taste, art, and indulgence.

In summary, Le Petit Chef deserves every one of its five stars. It's a destination for those who appreciate the finer things in life and seek a dining experience that goes beyond the ordinary. If you're looking to elevate your culinary expectations, Le Petit Chef is a must-visit. It's a true gem in the world...

Le Petit Chef from France in Manila is one of a kind experiences. When booking this, I had little idea what to expect. It was an evening celebrating a friends birthday. Le Petit did not disappoint.

Upon arrival, we got seated promptly. We were served drinks and shortly after, the show began. Our host for the night came out ever so often to fill us in on what to expect. Each dish was exquisite and made to perfection.

You can expect a two-hour gastronomic journey combined with amazing culinary creations, cinematic entertainment, and stunning views of the city from The Peak. It is located inside Grand Hyatt hotel. The 6-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Mark Hagan and Le Petit Chef comes to life through a fun and engaging 3D animation on your dining table. We couldn’t stop laughing. It was entertaining and extremely creative. A place where you can bring your boss to impress or the whole family to make memories together. Anyone would enjoy this type of show.

The first course was an Italian burrata dish. I enjoyed the touch of red grapefruit. Very refreshing. The second course was bouillabaisse, which was one of my personal favorites. A grilled sea bass along with scallops, mussels and prawns, engulfed in the best shellfish broth. The next dish was a smoked chicken foie gras ballotine. The mushrooms and tarragon were great compliments. I was feeling full with the great portions, but couldn’t deny the main course. A char-grilled Australian beef which had incredible moist to it and the potato galette was to die for. The roasted carrots and brandy sauce was out of this world. The dessert was incredible, starting with mascarpone crème brûlée and ending with a homemade baked Alaska. Every dish was thought through and service was impeccable. The servers were prompt and ensured everything was delivered in a timely manner.

The 3D lights which presented a whole cinematic show on the table was unexpected and fun to watch. Truly, a memorable night and one we still talk about till...

Just a summary of when I celebrated my birthday here last year and we booked their Marco Polo course menu.

Food, started with the French Soup seafood soup, clams and mussels, all were blended smoothly couldn’t even notice any bits of it and salmon as well but tasted like any clam chowder soup.

Cab Prime Beef Tenderloin, steak texture itself not really that good and tasted bland, but the sides it came with added some flavor.

Butter King Prawn, was the one I anticipated most but got disappointed with most too. The Butter Prawns were served cold and were not really “King” size but rather small ones, and the butter sauce was not the best I tried. And the Saffron rice was very watery. They could have done better here.

Sorbet was refreshing but we had nothing to note.

Braised Sea Bass, as a person who eat Chinese food the most this just taste average and more similar to a chinese fastfood, honestly it doesn’t justify the price as much and there are more non-fine dine restaurants that make a better version of this. But its the Abalone that makes it expensive.

Yogurt Honey Panna Cotta, this is good, I have also had this twice in The Peaks Valentines tasting menu. Creamy, coconuty, sweet and some tanginess from the mango, for a non-chocolate lover this hits the spot!

I appreciate that they also gave a complimentary cheesecake which was really good too, couldn’t help but finish the entire serving.

Atmosphere, I have tried other tasting menu’s that also have special animated lighting and sound effects but for Le Petit Chef there is also a short story telling and re-enactment of their staff with full costume which makes it truly a one of a kind experience that you would not easily forget most specially for children and I think this is what we really paid for dining at...

Finally got a chance to try the Le Petit Chef fine dining show. The visuals are amazing, looks exactly like those posted in youtube and other social media platforms. It was nice to have a little entertainment before each meal. The 6-course meal is as prescribed on the menu. Overall, i just find it interesting but weird that the food visualization is different than the actuals. Based on what ive seen in other shows the visuals are almost similar to the actuals, but not this one. Totally different. For example, the creme brulee on the visuals is on a soup bowl while the one served to us is on a very small elongated cup. I was disappointed on my soup/2nd course because we pre-ordered the Lobster soup but mine came so late. Everyone finished their soup and mine didnt arrive. I have to call the attention of the waiter and he told me that they ran out of lobster (?) Even though everthing was pre-ordered. So I waited for additional 10min for the soup to arrive. [Why is time so important? Because we have a time limit to consume each meal!] Similar to the feedback of the other guests, their main course was nothing special. We got the USDA beef tenderloin - got mine medium. It was cold, chewy. The potato galette is nice but the broccoli puree just doesnt match the brandy truffle sauce for me. Probably the desserts were the tastier one. The Mascarpone creme brulee is a great fusion of typical creme brulee and a twist of rice pudding and berries and everyone loved the Royal baked alaska ice cream. A good balance of crunchiness, softness, chewiness with chocolate and raspberry. Overall, it was a nice experience at the 60th floor of Grand Hyatt Manila. Sadly, for food quality -it was way less than what I have expected.
