A Truly Memorable Dining Experience at Magari... We had the pleasure of dining at Magari in Puro Hotel Gdańsk on my Birthday, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed with their warmth and professionalism. The ambiance of the restaurant perfectly balances elegance and comfort, creating a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere ideal for both intimate dinners and special occasions. The place is fine, gives an okayish dining experience. We were offered a table which wasn't ready. There were used napkins that were still on the table. We changed our table and moved to the other side. Had to wait 15 minutes to get the menu. The food is nice, nothing great. One of the waitresses explained and recommended some dishes to us. We ordered a soup which came warm not piping hot. We were declined our request to warm up the soup after few minutes. The supervisor/manager/I exactly don't know who came to discuss about the soup in a not so nice manner. Maybe a little more attention to the way the staff speaks to the customers would have made sense. The place can be skipped-Yes, surely.

Below average food. Absolutely horrendous service. We had to ask for a bottle of water that felt like had to be brought through the border as it took around an hour and 5 reminders to finally see the bottle of water on the table. The food took over 2 hours to cook and be served slightly cold. One of the dishes was ordered as shrimp free version and when it was delivered we asked the waiter “ can you confirm it is shrimp free ?” To which we received a reply “ I hope it is…” And to top it up when we tried to pay half cash half card the waiter had a meltdown “ please no, it’s impossible “ which just topped the experience.
