I love beer, and even more, I love Belgian beers. So imagine my excitement to find this Belgian bar in Krakow! Now imagine my disappointment to have had the single worst experience here of any place I've ever visited in Europe. The idea of a Belgian bar is an excellent concept. I think the beers offered are also probably pretty excellent. But the young lady working the bar on the night of my visit (July 8, 2019) was the nastiest, rudest, meanest person I have encountered. I think we didn't order fast enough for her or something. (But I don't know why she was in such a rush - the bar was empty except for my party of 3...) It's a shame that she is such a poor representation of the Polish hospitality that I've come to love so much. In fact, she in NOT a representation of Poland or its people. I can see why the bar was so empty; she probably ran off all the customers. I will never bring my friends or my money to this place (as long as she is working). Too bad - we were so excited to come and spend an evening here. To the bar management, I will be happy to try visiting again after you either get rid of her or give her some customer service training. Steer clear of this place if you're in Krakow and looking...
Read moreWe are an English couple were visiting the city of Krakow for the first time. This super bar had lots of choice of Belgian beers for my boyfriend to try, so he was very happy.
We were served by a gentleman (I think he may have been the owner) and he was very welcoming and he was always happy to top up my glass when it was almost empty.
The prices were very good. I don't really like beer so I had the option of tasty, refreshing fruit cider and the bottle was huge! Even better, the ciders came at buy one get one free!
I recommend this bar for people who want to try a variety of different beers whilst visiting the old town. We went back twice. Thank you for your service. We will definitely want to return with friends...

Draught drinks were in the 16-25 price range. My first choice of the Pink Elephant stuff was out.
We ordered two draught drinks, at these prices one would expect a pint (500ml) or if this is not the case for quantity to be displayed on the chalk board or at least pointed out.
My wife received, I guess ,250ml. It wasn’t a case of it been a high ABV as hers was a fruity lager at around 3%.
My drink was served in a small glass which to my dissatisfaction wasn’t even full.
I fully understand that craft ale sizes vary but firstly feel this should be made clear and also feel this place is expensive
In fairness the beer was nice but I don’t think we’ll...
