I ordered burger and fries. Unfortunately the burger was really tasteless. Didn't get my fries. There was a big order on a different table so the staff brought every order together and apparently gave the fries to someone else, even though I've asked them about my order they said that it's not yet prepared. In a few minutes they brought the burger but not the fries and I was under impression that they are still not prepared. In 30 minutes I approached the staff and they informed my that all ordered fries were already given. Even though it's not my fault that the staff has mismanaged the orders, they kinda made the impressions that it's the clients fault that I did not inquire with other customers if they took my fries (even though I've asked about my order). After all, The staff did not want to prepare a new order for me. Highly disappointed in a poor order distribution system and on the fact that the staff didn't want to compensate for something that's clearly not the client's fault.

Read moreEnglish Football Club is an underground multi room pub/bar which shows, you guessed it, football or soccer for our friends across the pond.
The match I wanted to watch was on in the room with the big screen projector. While this sounded like a good thing the picture quality was actually pretty poor which detracted from the viewing experience a lot. It was too blurry to read the player numbers on the shirts and hard to differentiate between the players when the camera was panning around.
The bar (which was in a different room) was surrounded by a crowd of locals but the other rooms were fairly empty, making it lacking in atmosphere. There was no wifi in here either. Service was quick but that wasn't enough to keep us here, we moved on at half time to find somewhere with more buzz...
Read moreWe stopped by this place a bit by accident actually. We needed a place to sit and figure out what to do the rest of the day. We thought we would sit upstairs in Club Re, as they had a sign for this place, but since we were specifically looking for some cider, we were directed downstairs to the Football Club. The location is kind of fun because it is in the cellar of an old building. The staff was quick to serve us and they have a very good selection of beers and strong alcohols. The reason I gave them a 4 was for two reasons: they did have cider but it was one bottled brand in multiple flavors, but none of it was dry; and bottled water was 9zł, which is excessive even in this area. We may stop by again in the future to try out the remainder of...
