Green Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Krakow

Took my coffee here whenever i came to this place but today was a no coming back. Did two orders one of them was a big one and a lady took care of it even if it was slow but she did her job and cut the sandwich as i requested. Came for another order few min later another barista took my order when i asked him to cut the sandwich at first he was like we do not have place here which is stupid because you do cut cakes and other products when i told him your colleague just did it he answered me in a non respective way that ewentualnie he just don t want to do that, i can give you a plate and you do it knowing that the order was take out. Am sorry ??? So now the barista choose what to do or not or am missing something i use nero for years and never a barista told me no for that request, my mood went down and the experience even cut my will to eat here again am not even talking about...

They don't even give you a full shot of espresso in the Americano. They split the shot so you only end up getting half a shot or so. The rest goes into a tasse glass that fills up next to your cup and just sits there until they sell a cappuccino or macchiato.

So I asked the barista if she can add a splash from it to my Americano cup, just so I can get a bit more flavor. She looked at me with a dry smile and said I have to pay for it. Never mind that I paid three times the price for one cup than I normally pay anywhere in Italy! Needless to say, my cup was "piscio di gatto".

I am in Poland all the time, I will never have coffee in any of their shops again. The only reason I came in the first place was because they serve Caffe Nero. And...

Unfortunately, there are significant drawbacks: the quality and timeliness of cleaning leave much to be desired. No matter when you visit, the available tables are almost always cluttered with empty plates and cups. The staff preparing coffee seem simply unable to keep up with cleaning and maintaining order in the seating area.

The soft armchairs in the hall are dirty and, frankly, appalling in appearance. Some of them even emit an unpleasant smell of urine, likely due to the train station’s proximity.
