My partner, some friends and I visited Krakow around a month ago and stumbled across this place mid afternoon and popped in for a drink.

As we entered, the place was dead which we found odd as everywhere we’d been previous was reasonably busy. Straight away the man who served us had a “can’t be arsed” attitude when we ordered our first round of drinks. When it came to ordering our second round of drinks he was nowhere to be seen, he was more interested in entertaining his mates who were sat in the garden area. After asking him politely if we could get some more drinks he again had a can’t be bothered attitude as if we were a hindrance to him!

We eventually got our drinks and as we were about half way through them the man approached us and abruptly said we were “being too loud” and “giving him a headache” then asked us to “leave” This came as a shock to us all as we were content, having a good catch up and were happy to have a few more rounds, he clearly didn’t want our custom nor money! After receiving this sort of service it comes as no surprise to why the place was empty!

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone visiting...

The place is overrated. The service is at a low level. Last week my friends and I went there and ordered 3 cocktails at a time. The barmen with long hair was obviously nervous or new and forgot or misheard one of the cocktails. When I asked why he made the cocktail we hadn't ordered, he shouted at me with Polish swearing and said I ordered it. After asking for a Book of Complaints he agreed to make a cocktail we ordered but kept swearing and blaming me that I did order the cocktail he made initially. The Book of Complaints was not given either. Poor service and cocktails were...

We ordered three cocktails at the bar. The barman told us that one the cocktails was out of stock. We ordered another one. Eventually we get three cocktails and the cocktail one of these we didn’t ordered. The barman was unpleasant to us, used many bad words, did not give us a book of Complaints. The service is not polite. Can’t...
