Our class went to Kraków to have our last classtrip together with great experiences. We wanted to have a nice evening in your restaurant. Yes, half of our class decided to have a Children Menu because some of us knew that we don't want to eat anything special, just chicken and fries. Yes, we did say we would like to have that. We gave you our orders hours before we went there, and the paper we wrote DID SAY "Chicken file - Children menu for 18 person" Instead of that, you gave us something else, which was much more expensive, and for that price, it was an incredibly small portion. I've had worked as a waitress, I know how difficult this job is, everyone makes mistakes. But when I, personally tried to explain to one of you that there must be a mistake with the orders, I got annoyed answers. Yes, in the end we could pay less, but still. And an other thing - who are you to write personal messages for us? Maybe it is funny that we ordered Children menu as 18-19 olds. Isn't it our right to do that as your costumers? You want to convince us in personal messages on our personal pages to delete our "false opinions". Well, we won't. Not after those messages. You deserve to have lower ratings for this behavior. Read moreThe food was pretty good...not out of this world for my father and me, but my brother really liked the beef cheek meal. My father ordered the fish meal after they said they were out of his first choice meal, and it was a small portion for being the most expensive menu item. Our service was incredibly slow. The food took a while to come out, and, once we were done, had declined dessert, and had wrapped my leftovers to go, we waited and waited for the bill (10+ minutes) which we had to finally ask for. The waitress just stared at us, and the restaurant wasn't busy. It was odd. I've had much better food and service in Krakow.
Edit: As an American accustomed to super expedient and direct service, I hadn't realized Polish custom is to allow customers to request their bill. Read moreI didn’t have a problem with the food. But I do have a problem with the people working at this establishment. Some of my friends gave this restaurant a bad review and they were hunted down and threatened on their private pages. They were told that if they didn’t delete their reviews, then they would have their accounts deleted. I am disgusted. What has happened to freedom of speech? I am extremely disappointed in these people. I can’t help but wonder if they have done this before in order to keep their false reputation of being a 4.8 star restaurant. They also claimed that we were lying about the bad service and insinuated that the people from our country are foolish for trying to order off of the kids menu (we are teenagers, why can’t we order what we want?)
