That said, there are a couple of things that I believe could be improved, especially considering this is a tourist-heavy area with visitors from many different cultural backgrounds.

Time Limit Policy: The menu clearly states that guests can only stay for a maximum of 120 minutes. While two hours is generally more than enough for a meal — and I personally didn’t need more than an hour — I found the way this rule was communicated a bit off-putting. In some cultures, placing strict time limits on guests can feel unwelcoming, even if it’s not meant that way. I understand the need to keep things moving, especially in a busy spot, but perhaps the message could be delivered more subtly or with a warmer tone. After all, dining out isn’t just about efficiency — it’s also about hospitality.

Service Charge and Tipping Culture: Another point that stood out was the inclusion of a service charge. I recognize that tipping practices vary around the world, but from a customer perspective, especially for international visitors, it can feel confusing or even uncomfortable.
