Tradycyja — Restaurant in Krakow

Restaurant is located in heart of old town plus interior is very nice. That’s all good things about this place. Big dissapointment. If you don’t want to waste your money don’t go there.

Staff not attentive at all. No sugar for tea was served. Pizza wasn’t cutted when informed server she returned after 10 minutes with COLD pizza without a word explanation. Considered I had starter my plate was cleaned and cutlery taken away but no replaced with new for pizza- I had to ask again. Pizza wasn’t great - very gummy dough. Tatar well overpriced. Also burger was cold and half raw inside.

Mulled wine was the best thing of all meal for 4 people. There was literally always something we had to ask all over again, which was so annoying.

Wasted lovely evening which supposed to be nice meal out.

Service for sure doesn’t care about customers, which was clear to see in half...

By visiting this place, I've faced two terrible problems. Firstly, the dish with HAIR. It was was horrific, as the waiter brought me a salad 'Cesar' with the hair inside. Moreover, when I told him, he even didn't apologise, he said nothing and took away the dish. After that, when I asked for a bill, I saw this salad included. I asked him whether they include dishes with hair in the bill, but the manager of the restaurant ignored the request and refused to exclude the dish out of the bill. The second problem was that I asked a waiter to bring a glass of wine, but he refused explaining that some system doesn't work and they can't sell wine. In couple of minutes I asked one more time, but he said the same. Later, I saw that he brought a bottle of wine for other people. Do not visit this place, the service was awful and the meals...

Arrived at 17.30 and placed an order, did not get food until 1.5 hour later. I eat Polish food regularly, and this is not what polish food taste like.

Beet soup was over cooked, over sweeten and over peppered. Not fresh!

Golapki (cabbage roles) were awful! Worse I ever tasted in my life. Nothing but dry pearl barley, no mushrooms or anything else.

Pierogi with wild boar were fried and tasted funny as if they were defrosted several times.

On the positive note, chicken Caesar salad, was and steak tartare was good.

Our server work really hard and was breaking a sweat, you cannot blame him for the poor food quality.
