Szarlotta Restaurant in Poznań is hands down one of my absolute favorite spots—and without a doubt has the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the food... you just have to try it all, and I mean it!
I’m completely obsessed with their TATAR—this is the only place in the world that serves it to absolute perfection. Not even homemade versions come close to what they serve here. It's pure magic on a plate.
And speaking of magic—Krzysztof, the owner, is a true hero of the city. He built this place from the ground up with dedication, heart, and an incredible work ethic. He’s not just running a restaurant; he’s created an experience that truly stands out in Poznań.
The atmosphere is perfect—whether you're planning a private party, a romantic dinner, a cozy lunch, or just dropping by for a drink. Spacious, warm, and welcoming.
If you're in Poznań, Szarlotta is an absolute must-visit. Five stars aren’t...
Read moreWe came from a different place that failed to acknowledge us for about 20 minutes. Upon entry, I was greeted by a server (male) who gave us a choice of tables to sit at. The same gent came by after a few minutes and took our order. We were sitting outside, and the view was very nice whilst the ambiance was fairly quiet. The food was nicely as in esthetically presented on the plate and very tasty never mind that it was also reasonably priced. So food is worth it, the area is nice and the price is good as well. It's worth stopping at and checking out. I speak fluent Polish but noticed that the staff was able to provide service in English without a problem. Didn't love owners at one table doing business over the phone or well dressed lady at another conversing with foul language at another, but that was minor. Enjoy...

As what was writing in the menu was not what sits on your plate. Zurek in a bowl, on menu it’s said on menu in a bread bowl. Vegan sharing option pita bread was replaced with any old house bread. Very strange version of wonton served in the form of something which resembled super market bought spring rolls. Drinks order was taken and nothing arrived. Still charged a 10% service charge. Apologies were made however a complimentary coffee, isn’t a good replacement for hours wasted waiting on food to arrive. Really would about this place unless you have...
