This is a place I recommend for people to enjoy some good drinks and a delicious meal or dinner with lots of natural ingredients. They do not have an English, but waitresses were keen on trying to speak English even if they were not completely able to, which is something we foreigners appreciate a lot (since we try to do the same with Polish, and we do understand the nuances of not being able to communicate properly). I've felt very comfortable the various times I've been there, with a nice and cosy atmosphere. I've had paninis with amazingly well-seasoned salads as sides, and standard beers, but the salads were really delicious, and the ingredients on the sandwiches felt very fresh and not overcooked or from earlier weeks. If I had to complain about something, I would like to mention that I was there on a friday evening and they had a DJ, but the music was so so loud that we actually had to take our food home to be able to have a proper conversation between friends, so I would recommend to consider that a DJ is a good addition for a party-like mood, but not when it's still 21:00 and you want to have some relaxed dinner with your friends (more people were complaining in their tables, so this is not my own perception). Anyway, this place is always crowded and with people waiting for it, so you can wonder it is a good place to visit. The prices are standard and reall pay off for the quality. I will very keen come to it again whenever having...
Read moreI found this place to be a standout among breakfast spots—not just locally, but globally. The dishes here were surprisingly innovative, marrying familiar comfort with unexpected twists. As someone who’s eaten my way through dozens of countries, I can say this meal genuinely caught me off guard in the best way.
Flavors were layered, thoughtful, and exceptionally well-balanced. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the avocado fresh, and the supporting ingredients—like a whisper of citrus and herbs—elevated the whole thing. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed, bright and vibrant. The coffee was no afterthought either: full-bodied, balanced, and robust.
Staff? Patient, professional, and present. They moved with the kind of grace that suggests a well-led team that cares.
Now, for my only gripe—and it’s a laughable one. I ordered a side of potatoes, expecting a small portion. What I got could’ve fed the table. Normally that’s a blessing, but these potatoes were so damn good, I felt guilty leaving any behind. (Pro tip: consider allowing sides to be ordered per plate, not just per table.)
All in all, a phenomenal breakfast. Beautifully executed, thoughtfully prepared, and genuinely satisfying.
Highly recommend you try it...
Read moreWaiting 40 minutes on Saturday noon isn't worth it. In a segment of "hipster" gastronomic places it's ok. If you want to eat a nice breakfast/lunch go for it, generally on the map of Warsaw gastro places it's strong position. But I personally rather not recommend this place. It's a rather slow food/drink place so people are staying a little bit longer, what with the combination of small local creates long queues, different than manekin or orzo type because those are locals with more tables. So when i came and saw 8 people in line I thought it would be 10-15 minutes not 40! Inside because it is small local is just loud and crowded. The plates are small (maybe to create an image that the food on the plate is big?). The menu is simple but well created, mostly vege options. And to the point - food - very tasty, fresh and I suggest to eat quickly because the bread will get crunchy soon after serving. For minus that my boiled soft egg was rather rare than soft but that's a detail. For huge minus the English breakfast tea "in handcrafted socket" which costs 14 pln and tastes like common minutka I definitely don't recommend this...
