Jack's Cinema Bar — Restaurant in Warsaw

I was playing a concert here just an hour ago. Worst experience of my life. We were playing for fun since they dont pay to musicians, you have to offer a hat for peoples contribiution. The manager offer us food and drinks and then she changed her mind. She refused to give me a glass of wine. And my partner musician, ask for water and they try to charge the water. Unbelievable. About 30 people were our guests and even they notice we were not happy. I dont know why the manager was so upset. I kindly asked what was the problem, why we are not welcome to the place in a human way, since previously we agreed in having some food a drinks. She just replied that thing are like that in the bar. Other places are happy to having us there playing and managers are, from the beginning till after concert, kind and respectfull. I have never seen such a thing in my life. I am deeply disappointed. As a foreigner, as a human being. We were using our own sound system and settling everything for an hour before the concert and we had this bad feeling about Marta, the manager of the place, since the moment we crossed the door. Needed a place for pre wedding drinks so our guests could get to know one another the night before our big day, and stumbled across Jack's a couple of weeks beforehand. We occupied the whole of the upstairs and the staff were helpful in making it happen. But the temperature was unbearable with zero ventilation so guests were taking it in turns to stand outside to cool down. We were told in advance that this wouldn't be an issue - it was.
