Art Cafe Kalambur — Restaurant in Wrocław

It was a place I heard a lot about before. With her suggestion to chat with my friend, I finally came across my path after 1 year. Contrary to what you might think from the outside, it has a very small area inside. Prices are not cheap enough to say wow, not too expensive either. Beer is 12 zloty/2.55€. I did not fully understand the concept as I went once. It had a quiet atmosphere until midnight, but after a certain hour, the tables downstairs were removed, the DJ came and the atmosphere turned into a nightclub. Frankly, I didn't like to find myself in a noisy environment like a night club while I was just wanting to chat with my friend that night, but as I said, I went for the first time, I don't know the concept. When we asked for an ashtray, the waiter told us that smoking is prohibited, but no one cared about electronic cigarette...

Had a bad experience here today. Me and my partner got told off by the rude bartender because he was playing me a video on his phone. We got told to put headphones in like we were in school or in a library. It wasn't even playing that loud the music in the bar had just died down and there was only one other person inside. Didn't think I would be getting schooled in a bar like that. We left immediately after because it made us feel really uncomfortable. I brought our glasses down as we were leaving and the bartender gave us a dirty look. We usually like this place but there's one bartender who's really rude so I don't imagine we'll...

Another great find in Wrocław!

Art cafe totally justifies the art it wears in its title. Located right in the city centre next to the university of Wroclaw main building, this place is worth checking out. They have a super vibrant interiors and nice seating space, with dedicated sections for smokers and non smokers. Great music and amazing staff! You can work here all day long or stay for the night to get darker and grab a beer and dance to the tunes of amazing music being played here. Give it a shot when you're in or around...
