The place looked decent and was not that busy, so we thought we would enter for a cocktail. At the entrance there were two lightly dressed girls and a short muscled guy who seemed quite proud of his appearance, all three engulfed in some apparently hilarious conversation. We thought they were some loitering customers. As we tried to enter, the guy stepped back and almost shoved me over. No word said, no apology. We tried to ignore the incident and politely walk past, but the self-styled Adonis and his barbie dolls were blocking the entrance. Only after a moment did it dawn on us: these weren’t drunk guests, this was the actual staff. No word said, no eye contact, no greeting, no acknowledgment that potential customers even existed. If this is their idea of service, then congratulations — they’ve nailed the art of driving customers away before they even sit down. The place is staffed by people unfit for hospitality, and there are countless better...

Review from Restaurant Week. The food was fine but nothing great. Lots of greens without taste or dressing. The duck was a bit overcooked, the rice in risotto was a bit hard. The design of the place is definitely it's best point. The service - it's lowest. Meals were served per dish, not per table, meaning there was always someone waiting for their food to arrive while others were served. The servers were either slow to serve or even doubled the orders. In general, every server helped on every table, instead of diving it between each other so it wouldn't be crazy chaotic. The worst part: server giving out knives (one person brought knives, the other forks....) would grap the blade. Absolutely unacceptable! They would benefit greatly from some reorganization and training for staff. Overall it wasn't bad but I'm not...

Byliśmy wraz z dziewczyną w ramach restaurant week i jesteśmy mocno rozczarowani. Przystawka: carpaccio wołowe - dobre, ale ciężko tutaj cokolwiek zepsuć; roladki z cukinii - nie mój smak, ale dziewczynie smakowało więc ok. Danie główne: kaczka - porcja maleńka, kaczka sucha i gumowa, dodatkowo jedzenie dostałem już chłodne. Do tego gotowy mix sałat rzucony na talerz posypany ziarnami słonecznika i tyle. Risotto truflowe - dramat... niedoprawione, bez smaku, bez żadnego wyrazu. Generalnie bardziej to przypominało kleik ryżowy niż risotto a o smaku trufli można było zapomnieć. Deser: gruszka marynowana w "wybornym" winie, który - jak podejrzewam - był najtańszym gotowym grzańcem. Lody... jak to lody zwykłe i bez polotu. mus czekoladowy - tutaj rzeczywiście nie ma się do czego przyczepić, naprawdę dobre. Obsługa: niezbyt sympatyczna, ani rozgarnięta. Dania nie były serwowane dla dwóch osób na raz (najpierw kelnerzy i kelnerki roznosili menu A a później menu B, czego skutkiem było to, że ja np. dostałem danie główne, moja dziewczyna dostała je kilka minut później. Sposób podania sztućców przypominał stołówkowy a nie jak na restauracje przystało. Państwo którzy siedzieli obok czekali z 10 minut na łyżeczki których nie podano wraz z deserem. W momencie zapytania kelnerki czy możemy zamówić drinki, nawet nie dostaliśmy karty i musieliśmy się o nią prosić. Na plus na pewno koktajle alkoholowe których ceny są przeciętne, ale warto spróbować. Lokal bardzo ładny, ale zdecydowanie za głośna muzyka (stolik prawie na środku "parkietu" z dudniącym głośnikiem nad głową, co raczej nie sprzyja kolacji). Reasumując, na drinki kiedyś przyjdę na pewno, na jedzenie -...
