Service is awful! Was going to reception each time I need something to order. Each time! Waiter is not knowing how to serve. I didn't receive any valuabe advise from waiter in re to the dishes I was selecting. Come on guys, I'm for the first time here, I don't know neither the size of your dishes, nor the ingredients, and you are not even taking care that your client will be dissatisfied at the end, leaving him basically to guess the dishes?... Only 2 types of vine for the big restaurant. Really?? Pizza was burned up. All the dishes come with 2/3 filled with green plants. Am I looking like a goat?
Am I dissatisfied? - No, I'm just super angry for lack of basic responsibility and due care. But who gives a value to client's opinion here...
Don't waste your time, better go somewhere else! The Worst service...

A few minutes after being served it got firm and not stringy at all. No mozzarella was used for sure. Just bad pizza. Wine was... cheap tasting. That's the best description, if you've had cheap wine before. My waitress was really nice and pleasant, though. Initially -- no one paid attention to me (i think there were three waiters or waitresses just standing when I entered) when I entered the restaurant and it was not THAT busy. Waiters should be more alert. Also -- tv in the restaurant -- bad touch. You're not supposed to feel like you're in your living room. Pretty mediocre...

Asked kindly an explanation to the manager ( I guess or owner maybe). The answer was: the cook is sick. To that I asked, is that sickness make him serve people in the wrong order? Answer: maybe he mixed the orders. This place is expensive, careless and disrespectful towards customers.
PS: we left after 1 hour and 10 minutes with no food and knowing that not everywhere respect for customers goes with the success of...
