A Tigelinha — Restaurant in Lisbon

Locals recommended me this little place as the best Portuguese restaurant to try local food. I always love to eat like a local when I travel and I could not ask for a better tip. It's not just about the food, that is well prepared and fresh, but also because of this genuine feeling. It is easy to tell that this is a family restaurant and that two lovely ladies who work there care about the quality of their food and their guests so much. It is a small, quaint place: there are only 3 little tables for dine-in as they mainly operate for take-out. I ordered beef rib steak with fries and first received a generous portion of cheese, olives and home-made bread as a free starter. The rib steak was perfect. I enjoyed eating there everything so much (even though I barely could move after such a feast). And I paid for everything 9 EUR!!! If you’re looking for a local place with good and „honest“ food, come to the A Tighelina. We came here twice and were delighted both times. The fish was fresh and soft, the fries very tasty. The price is unbeatable with around 11 Euro including bread, butter, olives and salad. We also liked the house wine a lot. Recommendations complaining about the owner: indeed, you find neither a warmly welcome here nor someone who wants to chat. But if you look closer, he‘s a nice guy not speaking a lot of English. Fiz pedido pelo aplicativo duas vezes. A primeira experiência veio faltando item e a carne não veio bem passada como tinha descrito. Hoje fiz o pedido pela segunda vez 2 Bitoques de vaca ( a 1° experiência foi ruim, mais dei outra chance) veio tudo gelado, em marmita de plástico e veio faltando o Arroz nas duas marmitas e o Refrigerante de 1 litro e meio também faltou. Liguei no restaurante pra fazer a reclamação da falta de itens, e a Senhora muito mal educada, respondeu que não enviou Arroz porque tinha acabado e que mandou mais batata no lugar. Detalhe: eu pedi que viesse sem batata em uma das marmitas, ela continuou dizendo que se eu quisesse que ela enviasse os itens faltante era pra fazer outra compra que ela dobrava o arroz. Eu disse que não voltaria a comprar nesse restaurante, pois não foi a primeira vez que isso aconteceu e ela simplesmente desligou o telefone sem eu terminar de falar. Foram uma hora e pouquinho de espera.

Se não tem o produto descrito, que não coloque pra venda e muito menos aceite o pedido!!!! Os outros clientes também iam ficar sem os ingredientes, já que não iam fazer mais? Sendo que o restaurante só fecharia 4 horas depois do pedido???
