First the good things: the space is nice, fun music playlist and the service was good, our server was very attentive and kind. We were quite disappointed about the food. I really wanted to like it but the quality was lacking. We knew the restaurant from before the pandemic and it's not the same. The price is very high for the quality of the food that was served. It wasn't bad, just underwhelming for the prices and if you compare to other vegan restaurants, I believe the dosa and other Indian dishes might still be pretty good but we wanted to try different things. For starter we had nachos and tacos and they were both underwhelming. The fried "prawns" were good, probably the best of the meal but very expensive. Then we had ramen and I was not impressed, the broth had a strange flavour profile, the vegetables didn't feel fresh. The tofu did save it as it was well prepared. For desert I had Tiramisu and it had such potential but it tasted like it had been in the fridge...

This vegan restaurant is an absolute gem! We had dinner here and tried the medu vada, giant ramen, and tacos—every dish was an explosion of flavors and beautifully crafted. The medu vada was perfectly crispy and spiced just right, the ramen was rich and hearty with a depth of flavor that made it unforgettable, and the tacos were fresh, vibrant, and incredibly satisfying.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. They took the time to explain the dishes, checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect, and made us feel right at home. We were so impressed that we came back the next day for lunch, and the experience was just as phenomenal. This place is a must-visit for anyone who loves creative and delicious vegan food paired with outstanding service....

I was initially drawn to this location given the high review this restaurant had. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the food and service. The food wasn't that great, but not the worst. My partner and I were quite annoyed of the service. The waiters kept repeating what they suggested, which was the two person seafood meal. We kindly declined since we both wanted our own meals to try. They repeatedly asked if we wanted bread and olives with our meal, which we kept declining knowing they would charge us for it. We just got so annoyed and just wanted to get out of there. It was our last day in Portugual too, thinking we could enjoy classic Portuguese food but we did not get that here. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, there are many other options in the city with delicious meals and...

Delicious food and pleasant place. We had a good time there, it was not lousy so we could talk. The decoration is cute, chairs are comfortable, tables are clean. Bendiga offered a kind & patient service. For starters, fried balls, so tasty and very fair price (I’m in love with the sauce). I asked for the Burger Brownie (just the name), it was a good surprise and I can recommend you to have the same – without the bacon. One of my favorites was the potatoes with the skin, very well prepared. My brother and his girlfriend ask the chicken main dish and they loved it, but I don’t like curry so I would need to ask without it cause it’s a very strong flavor. Good amount of food! Overall, we would like to go back not only to ask for the same plates but also to try new ones.

Ok so when you order here, order what you would at an Indian restaurant. Like don't order tacos kinda thing. That said, they had a good chicken masala. The rice, I saw them microwave it and touch to feel warm (open hand). The tacos had shells from a store that you'd find from a box and fries while showed as included were not included. The jackfruit was oversalted and did not taste anything like al pastor The fries tasted off like the oil may have been old. This isn't ideal especially at 2pm. I don't enjoy writing poor reviews for vegan restaurants as I try to give them as much positive exposure as possible. Perhaps this is just the new day jitters. They've been open for only 5 days. We spent €43 for two meals, two drinks and an appetizer. Overpriced IMO.

We had the vegan ramen bowl and the Frankie’s wrap. Both were incredibly delicious. The flavors of both were so intense and fresh. All the veggies tasted fresh and the smell of the food was incredibly good. For the ramen, you can choose your own level of spiciness, which I love. The broth was seasoned to perfection and although I am not a big tofu fan, this tofu tasted really good. The wrap was an explosion of flavors as well. The veggies were fresh and tasty and the sauce that came with the wraps was also really good. You could really taste the herbs used, like cilantro and parsley. 10/10, I would definitely recommend coming for food here. My mom and I are both not vegan, but really enjoyed the food here!
