The worst expérience i ever had at the door of a bar. I had to justify myself to enter and respond to the question: « who are you joing? » or the sentece « you can not enter here as you want, it s not a mill here!»

I basically had a serious conversation with the door man and a member of the staff explaininf them i was a costumer and if they didn t want for me to spend money on the bar they just have to tell me. It was a very wierd welcome and above all it could in an other way .. more warming and sympathetic saying me for exemple : “hey welcome to collect bar is it your first time here …”

After longs minutes of them evaluate each centimeters of my face they decide to let me in…..

The best experience inside was the moment and conversation i had with the nicest person of staff : the lady at the toilet: at least she is funny , professional and smiling.

i put 2 Stars and ll put five stars the day you ll put this lady at the door and the door man at the toilet … she is definitely much more charming welcoming and professional than a person...

Very bad experience!!! Me and my husband went back there cause we had fun two years ago. The drinks at this time where horrible and low quality. The time was 00:00 and they told us we can’t order more drinks cause they are closing while the bartender told us the place closes only at 02:00. We went outside to have a cigarette since it’s not allowed to smoke at the terrace, we let them know that we are outside for a couple of minutes, when we got back to our table our clothes weren’t there. We asked the staff to look for it and open the cameras so we can see who took it and they refused to do that. Later when we told them that we are not leaving without our clothes or without looking at the cameras, one of the waitresses came back with our clothes and said that we left it at the toilet which made no sense cause we checked the toilet 10 times.

Be ware!!! They are hiring bad people who steel customers belonging. They worker who stole our stuff where black, young, had braided hear and wasn’t...

The aesthetics of the place was cool and it was definitely what drew us to eat here in the first place. The service was alright, initially we sat upstairs and we were helped by a lovely guy and the bartender there and they were lovely, however we went downstairs and the vibe of the service staff there was different (not friendly and a bit cold).

The food was very average, nothing special at all and would not recommend it. I think there are far better food options in Lisbon for a better price. Another thing was that the toilets were absolutely disgusting. You’d think that they would at least maintain cleanliness a little bit since the place looked nice from the outside but it was dark, trash was everywhere and almost all the toilets were dirty.
