Prices not transparent, not recommended for tourists. Came here for my first meal in Lisbon as wanted to try a local place outside the town centre and this was close to where I was staying. However, the food was very mediocre (nata served was cold and stale) and I’m not sure why the other reviews mention good value as I was charged €1.80 for a nata here which was the most out of my whole trip! (The famous Pastel de Belém only charges €1.40 for a much tastier nata!) and was charged €3.00 for a can of Coke Zero. (Again, this is more than even the city centre touristy restaurants which were around €2.00 to €2.80) I suspect as there is no clear menu with prices the owners charged me whatever they wanted as I was a tourist. I put my trust in this homely looking cafe but was let down. Sad to say this was the worst meal I had during my trip in Lisbon and left a bad taste. Wanted to share my experience to warn others.
