Happy Hour Shisha bar — Restaurant in Lisbon

I had previously enjoyed visiting this particular hookah bar on numerous occasions, but my most recent experience left much to be desired. Upon arriving, it seemed that the management had changed, which may have contributed to the drastic shift in service quality. The new policy of demanding payment upfront was unsettling, especially since it had never been requested during any of my previous visits. From what we understood, it seemed that the management had recently changed hands. This new development appeared to have brought about some unwelcome changes, including an insistence on prepayment for our session. While I understand that businesses must protect themselves against potential losses, repeatedly asking for payment while we were still enjoying our meal felt pushy and off-putting. In fact, our server approached us no less than three times to request payment upfront, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere that detracted from our overall enjoyment of the establishment. I find myself unable to comprehend why such drastic measures would be necessary or how they could possibly improve customer satisfaction. Frankly, having a staff member hovering over your table demanding immediate payment does little to encourage repeat visits. Unfortunately, due to this unpleasant encounter, I can confidently say that I will not be returning to this hookah bar anytime soon. It's truly unfortunate when once-enjoyable establishments succumb to questionable policies, ultimately tarnishing their reputation and driving...

Great Shisha mango. Terrible manager with her policy and very rude. The waitress was polite and nice . We were the very frequent visitor of by this shisha bar . Every time great service .

Today was terrible there , every time when we were ordering, they asked us to pay immediately. It was such annoying and unpleasant experience. They treated us like a frauds as though we were not going to pay. For example, we ordered our Burgers and Shisha, we were eating and enjoying the meal, the waitress is bringing us bill. It is really so disappointing and disgusting. Who does that to the customers by bringing the bill while the customer is eating. With their new policy. I understand if they are very busy but everything was calm. It was our place before but now we will never come back and will not recommend that to anybody. I work myself in a Restaurant and I am manager I know how the business work.

Need to fire the rude manager the lady immediately...

Since I got in the place on my first of eight days these boys have not let me down! For anywhere from 10-14€ you can get THE BEST HOOKAH in all of Europe. Ask for Caio he’s a guy with a fresh haircut and a neck tattoo, he has the hookah taste buds of a God! Then you got João the tall Rico suave from Brazil. That man will make sure your drinks are good, he’ll make you some great hookahs too and he has just amazing people skills that make you want to come back every day. João’s mother also works with them too, very nice lady also! Last but not least you’ve got Faysal. Faysal in the man for any and all jokes, quite the comedian. Faysal loves to make you a great cocktail and will also make sure you are having the best possible time while you’re there. Probably went 5 out of the 8 days. Two shots and a beer were around 5€ which I think is a great price. Met great people while there and not a bad place for before or after your night out 10/10 recommend!

Desde que cheguei aqui, no meu primeiro de oito dias, esses caras não me decepcionaram! Por algo entre 10 e 14€, você encontra O MELHOR NARGUAÍ de toda a Europa. Pergunte pelo Caio, ele é um cara com um corte de cabelo novo e uma tatuagem no pescoço, e tem o paladar divino para narguilé! E você tem o João, o alto Rico Suave, do Brasil. Esse cara garante que suas bebidas sejam boas, ele também prepara narguilés incríveis para você e tem um relacionamento interpessoal incrível que faz você querer voltar todos os dias. A mãe do João também trabalha lá, uma moça muito simpática! Por último, mas não menos importante, você tem o Faysal. O Faysal é o cara para todas as piadas, um comediante e tanto. O Faysal adora preparar um ótimo coquetel para você e também garante que você se divirta ao máximo enquanto estiver lá. Provavelmente fui 5 dos 8 dias. Duas doses e uma cerveja custaram cerca de 5€, o que eu acho um ótimo preço. Conheci pessoas ótimas enquanto estive lá e não é um lugar ruim para antes ou depois de uma saída à noite....
