Station darjeeling — Restaurant in Lisbon

Racist server. Blatant racism. Never in my life have I been denied food due to being white/my skin colour. I visited in June 2025, my partner and I intended to order lunch but we were told no, 3 times by the woman serving us. "Because it would be too spicy for us" purely because we are white?!?!? She tried to make us order vegetable gyozas instead... so rude and unprofessional so we left without tipping. Never in my life have I had waiting staff tell me that I am strictly forbidden to order what I want to eat. It was an insane experience.

I eat enitre chilli's like they are sweets, skin colour has no correlation to spice tolerance. This cafe has become a joke in my house and with my friends... terrible service, I have never been told I am not allowed to order...

Station Darjeeling in Lisbon is a hidden gem for North East Indian cuisine! The north east Indian style momos are simply outstanding, with the pork momos and chilly sauce being the absolute best. The pork belly fry was also amazing, full of rich flavors. The chowmein, prepared in authentic North East Indian style, brought back the flavors of Assam, making us feel right at home.After indulging in all the delightful Portuguese flavors, it was a comforting and delightful experience to savor such authentic Indian dishes. It was a cold, dreary day, and we were in the mood for something warm and comforting. We decided to try this restaurant, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was friendly and attentive, setting the tone for a great meal.
