DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!
Although the service was good the food did not taste good whatsoever. We ate what we had to eat because our group has gone all day with little to no food. We decided to go here because it was all you can eat, yet for most of us the food was almost inedible. The all you can eat Korean BBQ was €28.80 per person yet we were charged for tap water which cost €3 per bottle of water. We were obviously tourist who were clearly taken advantage of. When we got each round of food they would preemptively take our food off the grill before it was fully done cooking so they could fit the next round of food on the grill. Causing many of our group to not want to eat the food coming off the grill that was undercooked and had no decent flavor beside the taste of pure disappointment. You may ask, “why not put the food back on the grill?” Well we were not able to do that as each round of food was extremely rushed, not allowing each piece of food to fully cook.
When we went to go pay we were told that if we did not have a Portuguese Credit/Debit card that it would not work. Our group has international credit/debit cards, yet they could not take either that or our bank cards. (We were not told about this prior to us sitting down, nor is it offered on the door on your way in). While only some of us got other items to pay for, we had no other option to split the check evenly. However when our group found out that they would not take most credit or debit cards, we all had no way to pay as we did not have any loose euros on our person. Luckily some people in our group had USD to end up paying $40 each with a total of around $300 just to leave disappointed and many of us still hungry.
If you want a dinner that is extremely overpriced, undercooked, and just plain sad. I would highly recommend this place. As it meets every single one of those requirements. Every restaurant our group has been too, has been respectful, kind, with great service and food. But I could not say the same about this place.
Summary: This place is not good. You WILL be overcharged! You will...
Read moreI really wanted to like this restaurant, but by the end of my lunch, I was frustrated, hungry and eager to leave. Firstly, let's get the positives out of the way: the decor was cute and the servers (when serving you) were helpful and nice. Now the problems I had: the food was just okay. The meats were mostly tasteless, even the ones that arrived seasoned. One thing to note: you do not choose the food you want to arrive first. The all you can eat menu functions like a brazilian restaurant, where the food keeps coming and you choose which ones you want. That is, if you even get to choose between all the meats. During the first 30 minutes, I was being served mostly the same cuts of meat. After roughly 45 minutes of being served, I wasn't being served at all. The coals were getting cold, I spent 30 minutes with the same meat trying to cook. After another hour, only two more pieces of meat arrived after many requests to the servers. I spent almost 1h30m with only 3 pieces of meat arriving. The service was extremely slow and the restaurant was almost empty. I would have been better served going next door to the asian market, would not leave hungry and would pay half what I payed here. Avoid this kbbq...
Read moreThe restaurant is well decorated and the service is also very good, but I don't recommend this buffet!! First of all, the buffet, the waiter was not allowed to order by ourselves, saying that they would serve us in their own order. Then there are some super bad dishes. Then after trying all the bad dishes, your stomach is almost full we can only order by ourselves, The amount of each dish is super small. The meat is only given a small piece at a time, and the shrimp is ordered only two shrimps at a time!!! It feels like we are beggars who have been given alms!!! The waiting time for the meal is also super long. I can feel that this restaurant is a buffet but wants to control costs, it is very stingy. The taste is also very simple, not delicious. In a word, please avoid choosing...
