Il Patio Lisboa — Restaurant in Lisbon

Restaurant with an appealing look, however some things might be improved or are open to criticism.

Firstly, you need to be aware that the bread, the olives, the butter and the burratina they "offer" you before ordering aren't free and they will be charged if you start eating them (it would be better to inform the customers about it or just to leave those dishes in the menu). Indeed they appear on your table as free but they will be part of the bill...

Then I ordered a pizza Piemonteze. On the menu it appeared with rocket however on what I received there was none.

Finally, the dish was okay but those other problems are breaking the trust towards the restaurant...

Extraordinary! We live in Portugal and visit Lisbon several times a month. My mother is Napolitana and this is by far the best Italian food we've had outside of Italy! Elegant, with great service but the food is the star here. My husband and I shared the special Sardinian pasta with clams & mussels to start and the tagliata di Angus with truffles for our second course! Simply amazing! We will be back soon! ⚠️ Attention pratiques commerciales douteuses ! ⚠️

En arrivant dans ce lieu, le serveur nous installe puis il nous sert une burrata accompagnée d'olives sans n'avoir rien commandé.

Jusqu'ici rien à dire, nous le remercions en pensant que c'est pour nous faire patienter avant la prise de commande.

Nous passons commande (15 euros par plat + 2.5 de boisson) nous mangeons, au passage le repas est qualitatif même si un peu cher...

Au moment de payer le serveur nous encaisse pour un montant total de 50 euros !

Sur le ticket, burrata, olives, pain et nos plats... tout est facturé sans même nous expliquer.

Surpris je l'interpelle et lui dit que ce n'est pas normal. Il me rétorque qu'au Portugal ca se passe comme ca, à partir du moment où vous mangez le plat il est payé... bref il en devient même agressif. Sachant bien qu'il est dans son tord il ne tarde pas à annuler le ticket pour ne nous facturer finalement que les deux plats accompagné des boissons, ce que nous avions réellement commandé !

⛔ Touristes fuyez ! Malgré les bons avis les pratiques commerciales sont douteuses et nous n'avons jamais eu le même cas dans un autre restaurant....
