I didn't try the food, and the server attitude was so bad that I wouldn't try it anyway. I grabbed a cup of coffee and a chocolate pie from their neighbor coffee shop, and I didn't realize there was a division in the tables on the sidewalk, with one side belonging to each restaurant. I sat down and someone came quickly to tell me I needed to leave or order something from them. That would be acceptable if it was during busy hour or if I was hogging space from someone who would be spending money with them, but it was definitely not the case. There was only one other table with a customer, and all I had to do was move my tray 3 tables down to the other side. (See photo). I'll skip this place on principle from now on. Learn to be reasonable.

When you walk into Julio’s you feel like you’re part of the family. If you have the pleasure of meeting Julio (the owner) himself, you’ll know that he is super friendly, passionate about food & creating a welcoming relaxed environment, and he will go out of his way to ensure you have a nice experience! This is a great spot for lunch, drinks, dinner, or some fun in the evening. If you are a tourist, avoid the tourist traps and come here for an authentic local experience :) We tried many things off the menu and everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend giving Julio’s a try if you want fresh homemade food and a genuinely friendly vibe! Sharing a photo of Julio’s paella - it’s the best we’ve ever had!

Such a warm friendly place. While on an extended vacation in Lisbon, I signed up for a Meet Up board game group that met at Apple House. Got there early on my 1st of 4 trips to Apple House. Talked with owner Julio and some locals (2 Antonios, Marcello and Louise) before games started for about a hour. Very kind and friendly. They even picked my bar bill. The hamburgers and pizza are very good. Great choices of beer and wine. All at very good prices. Oh and game nights are a blast. Had interesting conversations and played games with 2 lovely ladies from Lithuania. Later visits, did the same with people from Portugal, Germany, India, Cabo Verde, Spain and the UK. Drop in, you won’t regret it.

Estabelecimento a evitar; procurem alternativas.

As pessoas eram simpáticas, bem educadas e prestáveis.
