This is one of these perfect place where you seat and the time seems to stop. After a long day in Sintra it is the best spot to rest and enjoy the beginning of a long night in Lisbon.
The place is really small but the glass of sangria is full. The music is just loud enough to create the perfect atmosphere while you are enjoying the view on the city through the wide open window.

However, my friend and I made it back here twice before leaving Portugal. Both times, we visited this dive bar at night. It wasn't as busy as it seemed to be during the day. We arrived at 7:45pm and settled down upstairs, only to be told at 8pm that the bar was shutting for the night. This would not have been a problem if we were told when we arrived, but the staff never told us we only had 15 mins to drink.
